Seamless Simulation

The founder of Peculiar Technologies served as the chief architect and technical manager for a series of three high visibility Seamless Simulation demonstrations sponsored by STRICOM through the ADST program between 1992 and 1993.   These were the first ever demonstrations of true, two-way Seamless Simulation with live and virtual entities interacting together in the same exercise.   The last and most ambitious demonstration was held for the ‘93 May AUSA conference, which is illustrated below.

‘93 May AUSA Seamless Simulation Demonstration.   Two live vehicles in the field could see and be seen by manned simulators at Ft. Knox and Orlando and mutually engage a virtual enemy.
